1. Overview

At RiniShoppe (RiniAdhithi Enterprises), customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Customers are required to provide an unboxing video of the product.

  • Returns & Refunds will only be accepted in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

  • Mind change or personal preferences are not eligible reasons for return or refund.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and clear images of the product, if applicable.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a RiniShoppe error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

Domestic:

  • Free & Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-20 business days.
  • Fast & Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days.

International:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-25 business days.
  • Fast & Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and external factors beyond our control.

10. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

11. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination address, and the chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

12. Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping option during checkout. These times are calculated from the date of shipment.

Delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.

13. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on the destination.

14. Shipping Imported Products:

If you're ordered any imported products from another country, customs might need to verify your KYC documents before delivering it. It's their way of making sure everything's okay.

If they ask, just share your any of the KYC documents with them through email or message. If you need clarifications, please connect with our support team.
