4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a RiniShoppe error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
